DIRECTORS

Harald Batista MBA, Director

Mr. Batista is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 2 decades of sales and marketing experience. He holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University in California and is a member of the prominent Batista family in Brazil that includes Eliezer Batista, the founder of Vale do Rio Doce Company (now Vale) and Eike Batista, the founder of EBX Group. EBX Group focuses on investment opportunities in infrastructure and natural resources, sectors in which Brazil presents important competitive differentials. These investments are focused on MMX (iron-ore mining), MPX (energy), LLX (logistics), OGX (oil and gas), AUX (gold mining), CCX (coal mining) and OSX (oil services). MMX, OGX, MPX, CCX and LLX are listed on Brazil's Novo Mercado - at the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange (BOVESPA). The combined market capitalization of EBX Group companies exceeds US $20 billion.

Greg Hall, Director

Mr. Hall is an independent business adviser to the mining industry. For over 30 years, Mr. Hall has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of corporate structuring and finance. He is a current director of Prophecy Coal Corp. (PCY.T) and a former director of Silvercorp Metals Inc., China's largest primary silver producer. His previous positions include being a director with Haywood Securities Inc., vice-president with Canaccord Capital Corporation, and senior vice-president with Leede Financial Markets Inc. He is a graduate of the SME Board program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Wesley J. Hall, Director

Wesley Hall is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) with nearly 20 years' experience in Corporate Governance and Shareholder Communications. Mr. Hall founded Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc. (2003) and Kingsdale Communications Inc. (2009) with the aim of providing clients with an effective and comprehensive mechanism for communicating with shareholders and managing Investor Relations. For his extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to his businesses and communities, he was honoured with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 Award in the Financial Services category in Ontario.

Prior to forming Kingsdale, Mr. Hall was Vice President, National Sales for Georgeson Shareholder Communications Canada, Inc. and prior thereto, a Senior Manager for a major Canadian Transfer Agent.

Mr. Hall was a founding board member and the longest serving President of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS), an organization he continues to be involved with and support along with other corporate governance and investor relations organizations. He is also currently the Chairman of Difference Capital Funding Inc.

Greg Johnson P.Geo., Director, President & CEO

Greg Johnson has over twenty-five years of experience in the exploration and development of large scale projects in the mining industry and, through his global network of contacts, has been involved in raising over $650 million in project financing. Previously President and CEO at South American Silver, he led the significant advancement and expansion of two development stage projects– a period in which the Company’s market capitalization increased from $20 million to a peak of $350 million. A co-founder and executive at NovaGold Resources, Mr. Johnson was a key member of the executive team that led NovaGold from a $50-million market capitalization to more than $2-billion and oversaw the expansion of the company’s resource base to over 30 million ounces of gold. Over his 12 years with NovaGold, Mr. Johnson played a prominent role in the acquisition and advancement of three world-class deposits, including the completion of three feasibility studies.

Mr. Johnson began his career with Placer Dome Inc. (now Barrick Gold), where he held various senior roles in domestic and international exploration in projects from early discovery stage to feasibility and operations in Alaska, Canada, Africa, Australia and Russia. He holds an honors degree in Geology from Western Washington University.

John Lee CFA, Director

John Lee is an entrepreneur with degrees in economics and engineering from Rice University. In 2009, after a decade of success in his career as a resource investor, John started Prophecy Resource and aggressively expanded its portfolio to include coal, nickel, copper, Ti-vanadium, and PGMs. Prophecy Platinum was spun out of Prophecy Resource (now Prophecy Coal) in 2011. John’s team has led and successfully completed 3 mergers, 2 RTO’s and raised over $80 million since late 2009.

Myron Manternach, Director

Mr. Manternach currently serves as Managing Director of Composite Capital, LLC, an investment advisory firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut and with an office in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Mr. Manternach provides strategic and financial advice to corporations and institutional investors, primarily in the global mining & metals industry. He has an extensive background with capital management including holding the position of Managing Director with Octavian Advisors, Vice President with Robeco Investment Management, Senior Analyst with EagleRock Capital and Vice President of investment banking with JP Morgan. Mr. Manternach holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from Iowa State University.

Mike Sylvestre M.Sc., P.Eng, Director

For most of his career, Mr. Sylvestre worked with Inco Ltd. where he most recently held senior management positions domestically and internationally. Most notably, he was the CEO Vale Inco, New Caledonia, President Vale Inco, Manitoba Operations and Vice President of Operations PT Inco, Indonesia. Mr. Sylvestre brings over 35 years of mining experience to Prophecy.

Mr. Sylvestre holds a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from McGill University and Queen's University, respectively. He is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Mining.
