Prophecy Variiert seine Zahlungsmittelbestände durch den Kauf von Platin und Palladium Indexfonds

Vancouver, British Columbia, 13. Dezember 2011: Prophecy Platinum Corp. („Prophecy Platinum“ oder die „Firma“) (TSX-V: NKL, OTC-QX: PNIKF, Frankfurt: P94P) gibt bekannt, dass es seine Zahlungsmittelbestände durch den jüngsten Kauf von je etwa $2 Mio. Platin und Palladium Indexfonds variiert hat. Insgesamt wurden etwa $4 Mio. in PPLT und PALL, die beide am NYSE Arce gehandelt werden, zu einem Preis von $152,05 für PPLT und $63,85 für PALL erworben.

John Lee, Vorstandsvorsitzender von Prophecy Platinum sagt: „Da der Preis von Platin zur Zeit dem Preis von Gold folgt und da sich die jährliche Platinproduktion auf weniger als 10% der Goldproduktion beläuft, haben Prophecy Platinums Geschäftsführer in einer Vorstandssitzung, nach der kürzlich gehaltenen Jahreshauptversammlung, einstimmig dieser Variation der Zahlungsmittelbestände zugestimmt.”

Die Firma möchte auch bekannt geben, dass sie insgesamt 840.000 Optionen zum Kauf von Stammakten zu einem Preis von $2,25 pro Aktie für eine Dauer von fünf Jahren an Geschäftsführer, Führungskräfte, Berater und Angestellte der Firma erteilt hat. Die obenstehende Gewährung unterliegt regulatorischer Anerkennung durch den TSX Venture Exchange.
