Prophecy Platinum Arrangiert $8,1 Millionen Privatplatzierung
Vancouver, British Columbia, 1. November 2011: Prophecy Platinum Corp. („Prophecy Platinum“ oder die „Firma“) (TSX-V: NKL, OTC-QX: PNIKF, Frankfurt: P94P) gibt die Einrichtung einer maklerfreien Privatplatzierung von 3.000.000 Stammaktien zum Preis von $2,70 pro Stammaktie zu einer Gesamtsumme von $8.100.000 bekannt.
Firmenzugehörige Sprott Asset Management LP, im Auftrag von verschiedenen Fonds und verwalteten Konten, hat sich für bis zu 25% dieser Finanzierung verpflichtet. Es ist erwartet, das zusätzliche Zugehörige der Firma bei $2,72 pro Stammaktie zu unterzeichnen, entsprechend den Richtlinien des TSX Venture Exchange.
Eine Vermittlungsprovision ist entsprechend der Richtlinien des TSX Venture Exchange in Bezug auf die Finanzierung zahlbar.
Der Abschluss der Platzierung ist bis zum 11. November 2011 erwartet.
Erträge der Platzierung werden für das Flaggenschiff der Firma, das PGM-Ni-Cu Projekt in Wellgreen im Yukon eingesetzt, sowohl als auch für seine anderen Projekte und allgemeines Arbeitskapital.
