Prophecy Ernennt Herr Gary Johnson zum Metallurgischen Berater

Herr Gary Johnson: Metallurgischer Berater

Herr Johnson ist ein Metallurge mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in allen Bereichen der Bergbauindustrie. In seiner frühen Karriere gewann er reichhaltige Erfahrung in betrieblichen und projektorientierten Bereichen bei verschiedenen Metallbetrieben in Afrika und Australien. Als Teil dieser Erfahrung war er Mitglied des Teams, das den metallurgischen Startbetrieb im riesigen Roxby Downs Projekt (auch als der Olympisch Damm bekannt) für Kupfer, Gold und Uran in Südaustralien betrieb.

Herr Johnson verbrachte zehn Jahre als Hauptmetallurge für einen großen Goldproduzenten, bevor er seine eigene spezialisierte hydrometallurgische Beratungsfirma 1998 gründete. Während dieser Zeit arbeitete er eng mit LionOre Mining International in der Entwicklung des Activox Prozesses für die Behandlung von Sulfidkonzentraten zusammen. Er war auch eng mit Tati Nickel Mining Company (Pty) Limited in Botswana verbunden, welche sich zu einer der größten Nickel-Bergwerke in Afrika entwickelte.

Die Firma von Herr Johnson wurde 2006 von LionOre gekauft, und er schloss sich LionOre als leitender Angestellter an. 2007 wurde LionOre erfolgreich von MMC Norilsk erworben. Herr Johnson wurde dann 2009 geschäftsführendes Vorstandsmitglied von Norilsks australischem Betrieb.

Momentan betreibt Herr Johnson seine eigene Beratungsfirma, die sich auf hochgradige metallurgische und strategische Beratung spezialisiert.

Frau Irina Plavutska: Vorläufige Finanzleiterin

Frau Plavutska arbeitet seit 2010 mit der Prophecy Firmengruppe und ist derzeit vorläufige Finanzleiterin von Prophecy Coal Corp. Sie ist eine professionelle Bilanzbuchhalterin mit über 20 Jahren verschiedenartiger internationaler Erfahrung in finanzieller Berichterstattung, Buchprüfung und Buchhaltung. Sie ist ein Mitglieder der Certified General Accountants Association von British Columbia.

Herr Joseph W. Li: Vorstandsmitglied

Herr Li ist ein Certified General Accountant (B.C.) und hat einen B.Com (Hons) von der Laurentian University. Er hat 13 Jahre Erfahrung als führender Wirtschaftsprüfer für das Finanzministerium in B.C. Diese Position erlaubte ihm, wertvolle Einblicke zu erlangen, wie verschiedene Firmen und Organisationen aller Größen und Formen betrieben werden. Herr Li ist seit Januar 2011 Hauptgeschäftsführer von Prophecy Coal Corp. und hat die Abspaltung von Prophecy Platinum Corp. betreut. Zusätzlich zu seinen Verantwortlichkeiten als Hauptgeschäftsführer und Firmensekretär für Prophecy Platinum Corp., ist Herr Li Vorstandsmitglied, Hauptgeschäftsführer und Firmensekretär von Prophecy Coal Corp., die ungefähr 50% von Prophecy Platinum Corp. besitzt.  

Herr John Lee, CFA, Vorsitzender von Prophecy kommentiert: „Prophecy Platinum fährt damit fort, technische Expertise für sein Team anzulocken und hinzuzufügen, um das Flaggenschiffprojekt Wellgreen zur Produktion voranzutreiben. Der Vertrag des bisherigen Finanzleiters ist abgelaufen und die Firma wünscht David McAdams jeden Erfolg in seinen zukünftigen Unternehmen und dankt ihm für seine Dienste.“
