Prophecy Platinum Ernennt Mike Sylvestre zum Geschäftsführer

Vancouver, British Columbia, 6. Februar 2012: Prophecy Platinum Corp. („Prophecy“ oder die „Firma“) (TSX-V: NKL, OTC-QX: PNIKF, Frankfurt: P94P) gibt erfreut die Ernennung von Mike Sylvestre in seinen Aufsichtsrat bekannt.

Den größten Teil seiner Karriere verbrachte Herr Sylvestre mit Inco Ltd., wo er zuletzt Stellungen als führender Geschäftsleiter für einheimische und ausländische Operationen hielt. Vor allem war er der Firmenchef von Vale Inco in Neukaledonien, Präsident Vale Inco im Betrieb in Manitoba und Vizepräsident vom Betrieb PT Inco in Indonesien. Herr Sylvestre bringt über 35 Jahre Bergbauerfahrung zu Prophecy.

Herr Sylvestre hält einen MSc und einen BSc in Bergbauingenieurwesen von der McGill University und der Queen’s University. Er ist ein Mitglied der Professionellen Ingenieure von Ontario und im kanadischen Institute für Bergbau.

Die Firma möchte außerdem bekannt geben, dass sie Optionsscheine zum Kauf von insgesamt 240,000 Stammakten für $3.68 pro Aktie für fünf Jahre an einen Geschäftsführer, Angestellten und Berater der Firma erteilt hat. Die obenstehende Erteilung unterliegt regulatorischer Zustimmung, einschließlich der Anerkennung des TSX Venture Exchange.
